Sunday, May 18th from 2 to 3:30pm. Admission Fee: $40. ($75 fee if extra gardening kit requested).

Bring your kids or grandkids for a fun hands-on workshop in the gardens of the Westcott House! Participating families will learn all about  container gardening & companion planting. Container gardening is the perfect way to maximize your growing area and ideal for growing a seasonal combination of herbs, veggies and flowers. We will explore which plants thrive in containers and which combinations of plants work well together and talk about practical tips for creating a functional and beautiful garden that suits your space. Following this workshop your family will take your own creation home!

Workshop will be hosted outdoors in the Westcott House garden. Admission is $40 per family and includes one gardening kit. Each gardening kit includes a container, potting soil, and a selection of herb plants. For families who would prefer two kits we have an admission option of $75. The admission includes everything that you will need to build your own companion plant garden. Family friendly refreshments included. The rain date for this workshop is Friday, May 23rd at 2pm.
